Return Policy

Ambrie Returns and Exchanges

If you need to setup a return for any item please contact us
as support@ambrie.com. Returns MUST HAVE APPROVAL BEFORE RETURN OR WILL
BE RETURNED TO SENDER. Returns received outside of the allowed return
times stated below will be returned to sender.

Ambrie will gladly accept returns on your purchase directly from
Ambrie.com if returned within 30 days of the  package receipt, unless
otherwise stated herein. The item must be delivered to our warehouse no
more than 30 days after the date of package receipt.  It can take up to
10 days for your return to be processed once received.

Once placed orders cannot be canceled or updated.

Clearance items or items marked final sale are not eligible for
return or exchange. Items discounted 30% or more from original price are
considered clearance items and not eligible for return or exchange.

Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the
time of purchase, with original tags attached. Clothes must not have a
perfume, smoke, or any other smell as this item cannot be resold.

Due to the limited quantities of our items, we do not offer
exchanges.  If you purchase an item and wish to return for a different
size, we recommend purchasing the item at that time, and getting a
refund once your return is processed at our warehouse. 

Due to the nature of the items mask and/or mask filters are final sale items. 

Preparing your return:

Use the original packaging or strong corrugated carton.

To expedite your return/exchange, insert the packing slip.

Pack and tape your package securely.

Make sure to include your name and order number inside your package as well.

Special Products and Exceptions

Ambrie.com Returns Policy is subject to change, for any or no reason,
from time to time in Ambrie's sole discretion without advance notice.
Holiday items such as but not limited to St. Patrick's Day, Christmas,
Valentine's Day, Easter, etc may not be returned after the holiday as
they are seasonal items.

Damages

Please inspect your item upon arrival for any damages or defects in
your product.  Ambrie will gladly offer product replacement or refund if
a replacement is not available.  The item must be delivered to our
warehouse no more than 30 days after the date of purchase.  It can take
up to 10 days for your return to be processed once received.  Damages
must be on unworn and unwashed new items. Ambrie is not responsible for
damages once worn or washed.

Mystery Items

All mystery items are final sale items and not eligible for return or
exchange. This includes orders that contain mystery gift items.

Final Sale Items
Any items marked final sale or discounted
more than 30% off original price are considered final sale and not
eligible for return or exchange. Personal protection items such as
masks are final sale items.

Customized Items

Customized items are final sale items not eligible for return or exchange.
